Candidate questions
Is RecruitGPT really free for candidates?
Yes. Creating and maintaining your Talent Passport, interview preparation, verification requests and messaging are free. Employers pay for their plans; there is no way to pay for a higher position.
Will employers see my current salary or contact details?
Your email and phone number are never shown to employers or on your public page. Expected compensation is visible only to employers when your passport is shared with employers, and never on the public page.
What if the AI gets my resume wrong?
Everything the AI extracts is a suggestion labelled AI Extracted. You edit, delete or confirm each entry. Confirmed entries show Candidate Confirmed so employers know you stand behind them.
Can AI reject me for a job?
No. RecruitGPT's AI never rejects, ranks with a score or recommends hiring. Recruiters make every decision, and each pipeline move is recorded with who made it.
Can I delete my data?
Yes. You can export your data, correct it, withdraw consent or request deletion from your privacy settings at any time, in line with India's DPDP Act.
